This corner of the Bay of Biscay is a great place for surfers.
From the famous Mundaka beach until Hossegor, passing through Zarautz, San Sebastian and Biarritz (the last one claims actually to be the first spot in Europe where surf have been practised)
But today, I want to center in the San Miguel Pro Zarautz 2012, which started yesterday in Zarautz.
In this competition, you can see some of the best surfers until September, 2nd.
This year one of the special events is a night surf exhibition using surfboards with leds.
According to weather forecasts Thursday 30th and Friday 31st will have the best waves. Do not miss it!
