Mondays in Museums X - Wine Culture Museum of Dinastia Vivanco in Briones


In the hearth of the worldwide famous Spanish wine region of Rioja lies Briones, a medieval village with charming streets and a cute main square 'Plaza España' from where you can see the Marqueses de San Nicolas Palace and the Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion de Briones church with its Riojan typical barroque belfry. 
 

But further from this visit, slightly East from the center of the village you will find the interesting and well prepared Dinastia Vivanco Museum of Wine Culture have been prepared.

Exhibited you will see explanations and tools for production of wine. Grape recolection, selection, all to give you an idea about process of producing wine and the cultural legacy through the history. 

It opens from Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 10am to 6pm
And on Fridays and Saturdays opens from 10am to 8pm.

Closed on Mondays.
