  • In Labastida. Wine cellars at street level. X Edition of tasting and sale of all the wines of the town; through the purchase of tickets and a drink are given to try their wines. June 20th and 21st.
  • In St. Jean de Luz. Festivals of Saint John. Place Louis XIV. From June 20th until 24th.  Canceled until 2021.
  • In Mundaka. Saint Pedro parties. Famous processions of San Pedro, the Aurresku, the pipers, the big heads or the maritime kukaña. The big day is June 29th, although the celebrations run from June 20th to July 5th.
  • In Urduña-Orduña. Saint Jean Market: Products of the village, handicraft and livestock buying and selling on the 24th. Popular food. XVIII Charoles de Euskadi Competition. Plaza de los Fueros. June 21st.
  • In Tolosa, Eibar, Arrasate, Hernani, Andoain, Laguardia, Amurrio, Salvatierra, Leioa, Getxo, Bermeo, Muskiz, San Sebastian, Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz,…. St. John Pilgrimage's. The arrival of the summer solstice is celebrated. The bonfires burn to drive away evil spirits and attract good luck. June 23rd.
  • In Bermeo. St. John Pilgrimage's. Pilgrimage on foot to the hermitage of San Juan de Gastelugatxe and wreath to the Virgin (submerged in the sea under the natural arches of the islet of Aketze). June 24th.
  • In Biarritz. The village of Casetas. It stands out as the festive event of the opening of the summer season. Côte des Basques. From June 26th to June 30th. Canceled until 2021.
  • In Ondarroa. Shoe Azule (Blue Saturday). Most important party in the city. T-shirts, sports and music are the main ingredients. June 27th.
  • In San Sebastian. Txakolí Day. Popular tasting in the morning. 23rd Txakoli harvesters. Boulevard. June 27th.
  • In Ondategi, Zigoitia, Gorbeia. 25th Basque Horse Day. Shows, exhibits and performances with Basque dance, sport & food. June 28th.
  • In Haro, La Rioja. Battle of wine. Fiesta of National Tourist Interest. Pilgrimage to the hermitage of Los Riscos de Bilibio. June 29th.
  • In Lekeitio. Saint Pedro parties. The dance of the Kaxarranka (a dantzari dances on a chest or kutxa carried by eight fishermen), the Kilin-Kala (consists in the risk of throwing the image of the Saint into the water, to ask for good fishing) and the aurresku (basque tipical dance) of women. From June 29th to July 1st.
  • In Irun. Saint Marcial Alarde (Procession). Parade remembering Spanish and French wars. June, 30th. Canceled this year.
Olafur Eliasson: In real life. Bilbao Guggenheim Museum.
From February 14th until June 21st. The closing date may be extended.

  • In Zumaia. Ignacio Zuloaga cultural space. Studio of famous Basque pintos of recognized international prestige. Santiago House. Open from April to September. Private visits all year.
  • In Bilbao. Exhibition: ABC. The alphabet of the Bilbao Museum. With this expo the 110th birthday of the museum is celebrated. Bilbao Fine Arts Museum. From October 6th, 2018 until December 30th, 2020.
  • In Bilbao. J. S. Elkano. Behind the footprint. He delves into the biography of Juan Sebastian Elkano (1487 / 88-1526), and allows him to follow his vital mark, before, during and after the first circumnavigation of the Earth. Maritime Museum. From June 26th, 2019 until June 26th, 2020.
  • In Hernani. Eduardo Chillida: Seeking the light expo. From a trip that the sculptor made in 1963 through Greece, Italy and French Provence in which he discovers new concepts around light and architecture. Squeak Leku. From December 6th, 2019 until June 1st 2020.
  • In Bilbao. Olafur Eliasson: In real life. Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson places the viewer's experience at the core of his art. Guggenheim Museum. From February 14th until June 21st. The closing date may be extended.
  • In Getaria. Fashion and Heritage: Cristóbal. It puts the focus on Cristóbal Balenciaga himself and the imprint he has left behind as a person through various objects that belonged to him and that have been collected in the Museum's collections. Part of the annual program for the 125th anniversary of his birth. Cristóbal Balenciaga Museum. From February 29th to June 22nd.
  • In Saint Jean de Luz. Andalusian festival. 84 boulevard thiers. From May 28th until June 1st.

  • In San Sebastian. Exhibition "The longest trip". Fifth centenary of the first round the world by Fernando de Magallanes and the Basque Juan Sebastián Elcano. Documents of the Archive of the Indies of Seville. San Telmo museum. From June 1st until September 30th.
  • In Vitoria-Gasteiz. 5th CIRP Conference on Surface Integrity (Online). The event will present recent technical and scientific advances on the integrity of surfaces. Palace of Congresses of Europe. June 3rd.
  • In Bilbao and Barakaldo. ACT Festival. XVII International Festival of emergent scene. Experiences of arts visas in short format of no more than 30 minutes with only 3 or 4 pieces, dance, circus, theater.... From June 3rd until 6th. Moved to the first week of November 2020.

  • In Bilbao. Estropatada. Thousands of little ducks cruise the river to reach the Euskalduna Bridge. The event continues with a huge family festival on the esplanade of the Maritime Museum. June 7th.

  • In Zarautz. Triathlon Getaria to Zarautz. 2.9 km of swimming, 81 km of cycling circuit and 20 km of running. June 6th.
  • In Vitoria-Gasteiz. 13th Women's race. Race for women of 5.83 km. June 7th.
  • In Bilbao. BIBE Trans Bizkaia Great fund. A cyclist tour whose route recalls the Jesus Loroño Cyclo-tourist Classic, a test that was played between 1992 and 2003, consolidating itself as one of the most demanding in the state. June 7th.
  • In Biarritz. Wheels & Waves Festival. Four days of motorcycling, surfing, skateboarding and music. City of the Ocean in Biarritz. From June 12th until 16th. Canceled until 2021.
  • In Bilbao. Iberdrola Bilbao World Sup Challenge. International Stand UpPaddle competition. The best riders in the world will compete in two modalities: Long Distance and Sprint. From June 13th until 14th.
  • In Tolosa. Marathon of the 3 mountains. June 14th.
  • In Zumaia. Zumaia flysch Trail (27 kilometers and a difference of 1,640 meters). Cliffs between Zumaia and Deba. June 23th.
  • In San Sebastian. Women Triathlon. Concha beach and city center. Swimming TM 300m, Cycling TM 8km, Running TM 2km. June 27th.
  • In Vitoria-Gasteiz. XL BH 2020 Cycle Tour Test. Route of 204.39 kilometers by 5 of the 7 gangs of the province of Alava, and at times the neighboring Navarra. June 29th. Canceled until 2021.
