In Tolosa. The most multitudinous and popular carnivals of the Basque Country. From February 28th until March 5th.
In Gipuzcoa. Carnival Celebrations: San Sebastian, Tolosa, Amezketa and Abaltzisketa. February 28th until March 5th.
In Alava. Carnival Celebrations: Vitoria-Gasteiz, Zalduondo, Laudio, Santa Cruz de Campezo, Agurain and Salcedo. February 28th until March 5th.
In Biscay. Carnival Celebrations: Bilbao, Mundaka and Markina-Xemein. Concerts, dance shows, tastings and various competitions, various activities… February 28th until March 5th.
In Sopuerta, Biscay, Pork Butcher's Festival (Chacineria), contest to choose the best Basque pork butcher and making contests of best Spanish sausage chorizo and best black pudding. March 3rd.
In Javier (Navarre). “Javierada”. Pilgrimage to the Castle of San Javier. Old Navarra Tradition dating back to nineteenth century. From March 4th until 16th. First Javierada: day 10th. Second Javierada: March 16th.

In Moreda de Alava. Olive Oil Fair of Alava. Great opportunity to get to know the world of olive trees and olive oil in the area. Agricultural and food fair. March 17th.
In Bakio. St. Joseph Festival. The wineries of Bakio present the txakoli elaborated with the harvest obtained the previous year. March 19th.

In Okondo. Fair of the Caserío. In Vitoria-Gasteiz. Queens Cup of Basketball 2019; and MiniCopa of lower categories. From February 28th until March 3rd.
In Bilbao. SAIL IN FESTIVAL: Sail in films, in talks, in expo and in class. Bilbao becomes the sailing centre of the world, and the meeting place for a long list of sailors, yachtsmen and women, adventurers and lovers of the sea, with the very best of international sailing cinema. In Bilbao. “31^st Cycling event BILBAO-BILBAO”. Bilbao cicloturista. International bicycle tour of Bilbao with a distance of 115 kilometers.
