Another year of success for the Basque gastronomy as the Michelin guide has just released their new list of highest quality restaurants.
All the previous restaurants distinguised with a Michelin star in the Basque Country remain with their prize, but others have joined or increased their number of stars, like the Azurmendi Restaurant in Larrabetzu, Biscay.
Congratulations to all the chef and team in all those restaurants for this wonderful job done.
Here I leave you a full list of the best restaurants in the Basque Country according to the acknowledged Michelin guide in 2012. You can see in black the ones winning a new recognition.
